The Search Committee has received their first batch of pastor candidates for review!  They are looking at these for fit and suitability and will be contacting each individual for availability.

Consideration of pastor candidates will then go to the next level, including gathering more information, checking with references, etc.  Individuals still interested will be sent a copy of the church’s profile for further consideration.

At some point, the search committee will recommend a candidate to the church.  That individual will be invited to visit in person, meet church members, and preach.  The congregation will then vote on calling that person, and if the vote passes, the congregation will call the pastor.  If the church does not issue the call to that person, they will invite the next candidate to visit.
